Dr. Nancy Burnap
serves as the
Director of Quantitative Research. In 1982, Dr. Burnap earned her Ph.D.
from the University of Florida in social Psychology, with a minor in Applied Statistics.
She has more than 15 years experience in marketing and opinion research with an emphasis
on survey research methodology and applied statistics. Dr. Burnap's other areas of
expertise include opinion polling, product positioning, market segmentation, customer
satisfaction and employee satisfaction studies. |
